San Antonio, TX: Multi-Chapter San Antonio Mission Walk

Join us to walk as pilgrims along another Camino route. Like the Camino de Santiago de Compostela in Spain, El Camino de San Antonio Missions will take you through a scenic and historic part of our country, passing through four of the stunning Spanish missions of southern Texas: Mission San Francisco de la Espada, Mission San Juan Capistrano, Mission San José, and Mission Concepción. It will culminate with a celebration of completion at the San Fernando Cathedral in the heart of San Antonio.

You can get a credencial that you can stamp at the missions; if you complete the entire Camino and submit your credencial at the Padre Margil Pilgrimage Center, you will receive a certificate that gives you 30km towards walking the Camino Inglés when you start from A Coruna (which thus extends this arm of the Inglés into a long enough distance to be eligible for a compostela!).
