 f American Pilgrims will join the Solanus Friary in St. Paul and St. Mic
 hael’s Church in Stillwater to create the most realistic pilgrimage ex
 perience one can have outside of Galicia\, Spain. The main event is a 19
  mile (yes\, you read that correctly) walk (or bike) that begins at the 
 friary and ends at St. Michael’s Church. The walk is primarily on park
  pathways. It will feature several rest stations offering snacks and wat
 er\, but pilgrims will be encouraged to pack a lunch. The day will begin
  with a breakfast and blessing at the friary and end with food\, celebra
 tion and mass (will the Botafumeiro swing?!) at St. Michael’s Church. 
 It is possible to walk an abbreviated version (you will need to make you
 r own arrangements for transportation to your starting or ending point).
  If you can’t walk\, but would still like to participate\, we will nee
 d volunteers to man one of the rest stops. If you can’t make it to Spa
 in this year but need an incentive to train\, this is it! Grab your scal
 lop shell and join us!
