 y for a 6 mile out-and-back hike at Fountainhead Regional Park.  It wil
 l be an easy-moderate hike on a well-groomed trail. Trail shoes are fine
 . Bring hiking poles\, if you want the practice\, water and snacks\, and
  dress for the weather.  The hike will take 2.5 -3 hours. Restrooms are
  available  a short walk from the parking lot. No pets please.  Free p
 arking and entry (The trailhead and parking lot are before the main gate
  of the park). Parking lot is past the archery range/shooting center (on
  your left after you enter the park)\, to the right at the y-intersectio
 n\, past the garbage dumpsters.  It is the first large parking lot you 
 will get to on your right. Look for our Camino Flag near the trailhead a
